Roommates

We have a list of participants looking for roommates to share a hotel room, and will forward this list to the interested parties on request. Please email Martin Roetteler with the subject "ROOMMATES" if you would like to be included in this list.

The Waterloo Inn

The Waterloo Inn is the recommended hotel for the QIP conference, as several events will be held there. A block of rooms has been held for conference attendees. Transportation will be provided to and from CIGI, the conference location, each day. (The details of the shuttle service are provided on the Travel Information page.) Please go to the Waterloo Inn's web site to register until December 10, 2003.

Rates: (plus applicable taxes of 12%)
     Single Occupancy $118.00 CAD
     Double Occupancy $118.00 CAD
     Suites from $199.00 CAD

NOTE: When registering, pick your preferred room and use the "corporate rate" selection. Once you get to the personal information page, please add "QIP 2004 conference rate" into the special request box. Your rate will be adjusted and confirmed with the conference rate.

Waterloo Hotel

Several rooms have been held for conference attendees at a rate of $125.00 CAD per room (plus applicable taxes of 12%). Please call to make your reservation and quote Reservation #2782. Please note that no transportation will be provided from this hotel, although it is only a 5 minute walk to the conference location. Rooms must be booked prior to December 31, 2003.
