January 2, 1998 in normal case but
December 15, 1997 if you apply for a stipend.

Do not fill this form if you are an invited speaker.

Note that the workshop registration fee covers refreshments, lunches, excursion and dinner.

PAYMENT: The registration fees is paid upon arrival to the workshop. It is

1000 DKK for a single person including lunches, refreshments and social events. The social events include an excursion and a dinner. The fee does not include accommodation.
If an accompanying person will also attend the excursion and the dinner it will cost an extra 500 DKK. If an accompanying person will attend both the social events and the lunches then it will cost an extra 1000 DKK.

ACCOMODATION:

If you want to apply for a room from our pool, fill the following fields. The number of rooms is limited so we cannot guarantee you will get one. We handle the reservations on a first-come-first-served basis. Rooms are available during the period starting on January 11 to January 16. We will notify you whether your demand can be satisfied or not. If not then you can search through the list of hotels reachable from the home page. If you apply for a stipend and you get it, we might book you at our convenience so the registration information below would not be used.

PHD STIPENDS:

This section is for PhD students who want to apply for a stipend covering registration fee, accommodation and living expenses. It does not cover the traveling expense. The number of stipends available is limited. The deadline to apply for such a stipend is December 15. The conditions are:

You must be a PhD student,
Your supervisor must acknowledge that you are a PhD student. This can be done by sending an e-mail to aqip@brics.dk.
