Excursion Tuesday Night 15 Jan to the Broadway play
We will organize transportation to Tarrytown Station, from which you can
take the 5:47 PM train arriving in Grand Central Terminal at 6:33 PM.
It is about a 20 minute walk to the theater (see Map
) or in bad weather you can take a taxi. Probably the most
convenient place to have dinner is in one of the restaurants in the recently
restored Grand Central Terminal,
which is a New York landmark worth exploring in its own right. Restaurants
range from formal ones like the Oyster Bar, requiring reservations, to
eat-and-go sandwich shops. After the play, trains back to Tarrytown
leave Grand Central at 10:20, 11:02, 11:20, 11:58 PM , 12:20AM and 1:20AM.
Attendees and guests should purchase their own tickets.
